We have extensive experience in planning and implementing cycling trips for companies, associations and groups – from intensive training trips to major cycling events in Denmark and Europe. Our expertise covers both MTB experiences, racing cycling and tailor-made company cycling trips.

At Ørslev Cycling Tours we offer complete total solutions for cycling events, where everything is planned down to the smallest detail. We are in close dialogue with you throughout the entire process – from idea and planning to execution – so that your cycling event meets both your wishes, needs and expectations.

Experience with cycling tours for groups and companies

We have many years of experience with cycling trips for both small and large groups and have been behind a number of successful cycling events. Among other things, we have planned and run trips for Team Rynkeby, Tour de Taxa, Ønskefonden, Hjertytterne, Team Hjørring and Team Herning.

Teambuilding and company events by bike

Ørslev Cycling Tours also has solid experience with team building on bicycles for companies. We help create active company trips that strengthen community, motivation and cooperation.

We arrange company events on bicycles for companies of all sizes – from small teams to organizations with several hundred participants.

At Ørslev Cycling Tours we are ready with professional advice on the destination and help you throughout the planning of your cycling trip. We actively involve you in the planning, so that the trip matches your wishes and needs.

If you bring your own service team, we will of course provide thorough guidance, so that everyone is well prepared for the task along the way.

We plan and adapt the cycling routes to suit your level, ambitions and wishes. Whether the focus is on performance, experience or community, we ensure that everyone has a good ride.

Accommodation

We help you find the right solution – whether you want a hotel or a hostel, single rooms, double rooms or dormitories. The choice is yours, and we make sure it all works in practice.

Catering on the cycling tour

We recommend half-board accommodation for optimal comfort. We are also happy to help with planning and delivering food to depots and “backpacks” to keep your energy levels up throughout the journey.

Transport and logistics

We offer flexible transport solutions for your cycling tour, including bus transport to and from your destination and during your stay.

Our specially designed bike trailers can transport up to 40 bikes safely and efficiently. We also help with flights, ferries, parking and all other logistics – so you don’t have to worry about it.

Administration and registration

Let Ørslev Cycling Tours handle the administration. We will set up a user-friendly webshop where participants can easily register and pay online.

Tour guides and local expertise

We offer experienced tour guides who know the routes and destinations inside out. You are of course also welcome to bring your own guides.
