For 14 years, Ørslev Cykelrejser has been responsible for planning and logistics when Team Rynkeby cycles to Paris every year for the benefit of children with serious illnesses.
We coordinate routes, accommodation and transport so that the riders can focus on what matters most – cycling for a good cause.

We are the travel and logistics partner for Team Sammen om Sorgen, who cycle to raise awareness about grief among children and young people. Ørslev Cykelrejser plans the entire trip ensuring a safe and smooth experience for both riders and service teams.

Ørslev Cykelrejser plans and coordinates the entire cycling trip for Team Giv Håb, who cycle to support children and young people in vulnerable situations. We provide routes, accommodation and necessary permits so that the riders can concentrate on the purpose of their trip.

Choosing new cycling routes every year requires a good partner

The Happy Children Foundation has collaborated with Ørslev for our events for the past 7 years.

The choice of Ørslev was easy because we want to offer our riders new experiences every year.

We have cycled to Paris, been over the Brenner Pass to Bolza. We have cycled to Paris, been over the Brenner Pass to Bolzano in Italy, been to the beautiful wine region of Alsace and most recently Prague. Every time we have had a very constructive collaboration with Ørslev, and regardless of the challenges we encountered, we have always found sensible solutions together.

Tour operator with things under control

As a newly started cycling team in 2018, we had to find a partner for our annual project.

We had a plan to cycle from Prague to Slagelse, and Ørslev was ready to listen to our wishes for the trip from the start. Hotels and routes fully met our expectations.
The trip was planned down to the smallest detail, and everything worked perfectly from start to finish in the process.

We have therefore chosen to use Ørslev Cycling Tours for our annual project again in 2019.

The charity bicycle race BROEN Danmark Rundt has collaborated with Ørslev Cykelrejser on booking hotels and ferry transport for the team on the tours in 2017 and 2018.

It has been an important starting point that the overnight stays were well located for the routes and in places that could handle accommodation for both riders, bikes and service teams.
There has always been good dialogue and flexibility to find good solutions for BROEN Danmark Rundt.
